Nikki Bravo is the Co-Founder and CEO of Momentum Coffee and brings more than twenty years of experience in economic development, administration and finance, workforce development, and social enterprise leadership. She has used this foundation to grow Momentum into a community-centered specialty coffee brand with roasting, wholesale, catering, and entrepreneurial support programs. Nikki is a graduate of several business accelerator programs including Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses, serves on the National Small Business Council for Small Business Majority, and was invited to the White House in 2024 for national entrepreneurship discussions. As CEO, she directs Momentum Coffee’s strategic, financial, and operational decisions, ensuring that systems, people, and resources align with disciplined, mission-driven growth.
