A graduate of the University of Iowa with a degree in Economics, Tracy has more than 30 years of experience in community development, banking, investment, and commercial real estate. His career reflects a deep commitment to strengthening Chicago neighborhoods through mission-driven development and the creation of high-quality commercial spaces. Tracy is also a key contributor to Momentum’s Food Business Incubator program, where he oversees production infrastructure, equipment planning, and operational workflows. Beyond technical support, he leads strategic partnerships and collaborates on grant acquisitions and community-based initiatives to drive local impact.
